Mobsters that turn your bulletin board into their own personal chat room

I have asked certain mob members to stop posting bulletins and try to use the bulletin board to address the whole family, and to quit clogging up my main board with their "chat". The entire family doesn't need to know that they are going to be going to pick up their kids, or that hubby got a promotion at work. The board gets so loaded up with personal chat crap that when a member is asking for help or posting information that is key to the mob's performance it is getting "buried" under the half of the conversation that the member is posting to everyone instead of only the person they are "chatting" with.
I'm not tryin' to be a micro manager here, just asking for the same respect that is given to the rest of my family. I have asked other members and some have cosen the remove option rather than the respect option. Their choice, not mine.
So what does it mean when you see that someone has removed you from their mob?
Obviously you would no longer be in their mob, but are they still in yours?
Do you have to go into your list and remove them?
I know that when I remove people from my MySpace list they are still in my mobster list.
So does anybody know what happens when you are removed from their mob?
Thanks,
Templar
